VI. Purposes and Duration of Personal Data Processing
 
6.1 The purposes of personal data processing are primarily:
 
- 6.1.1 Recording, creating, and processing contracts and client data for entering into contracts with third parties.
- 6.1.2 Processing accounting documents related to the Operator’s business activities.
- 6.1.3 Compliance with legal requirements for document and record retention, for example, under Act No. 431/2002 Coll., Accounting Act.
- 6.1.4 Activities related to fulfilling the request, order, contract, or similar instruments of the Data Subject.
- 6.1.5 Newsletter, marketing, and similar promotional activities, subject to the Data Subject's consent.
 
6.2 Personal data is stored only for the time necessary to fulfill the contract and subsequently archived according to legal retention periods. For promotional emails and similar offers, personal data is processed until the Data Subject withdraws consent, for a maximum of 10 years.

10.1.1 Right of access (Article 15 of the Regulation): The Data Subject has the right to obtain confirmation from the Operator as to whether personal data concerning them is being processed and, if so, access to that data. This includes information about the purpose of processing, categories of personal data, recipients, expected retention period, rights to rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
 
10.1.2 Right to a copy of the data: The Data Subject has the right to obtain a copy of their personal data, provided it does not adversely affect the rights of others.
 
10.1.3 Right to rectification (Article 16 of the Regulation): The Data Subject has the right to have inaccurate personal data corrected without undue delay, and to complete any incomplete personal data.
 
10.1.4 Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten") (Article 17 of the Regulation): The Data Subject has the right to request the deletion of personal data in certain circumstances, including if the data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected or if the Data Subject withdraws their consent.
 
10.1.5 Right to restriction of processing (Article 18 of the Regulation): The Data Subject can request restricted processing in certain cases, such as when the accuracy of the data is contested or if the processing is unlawful.

XI. Right to Withdraw Consent

The Data Subject has the right to be informed of the progress and outcome of the complaint, including the right to seek a judicial remedy under Article 78 of the Regulation.

13.1 Since the Operator does not process personal data using automated decision-making, including profiling as per Article 22 para. 1 and 4 of the Regulation, it is not required to provide information on automated decision-making and profiling. This does not apply.
