If our offer has caught your interest and you want to become a member of the Mr. KEBAB network, the essential step is to fill in the initial franchise interest QUESTIONNAIRE for Mr. KEBAB.
Franchise Interest Questionnaire
We will contact you shortly and invite you to a personal presentation, where you can get to know the basic rules and conditions for becoming a Mr. KEBAB franchise partner in more detail.
Filling in the initial form and attending the first meeting does not obligate you to anything, nor does it authorize you to operate a Mr. KEBAB fast food.
If, based on the personal presentation, you decide to become a franchisee and meet our requirements, you will need to complete the following steps within a reasonable time frame:
Within the Mr. KEBAB system, we will find a suitable location for your future outlet together. The investments needed to set up a professional fast-food outlet may range between €65,000 and €90,000, depending on the layout of the specific site.
In addition to this amount, you must account for so-called forced investments (e.g., for legal services, initial stock, outlet insurance, and a financial reserve for the first 3 months).
WHAT QUALITIES MUST A MR. KEBAB FRANCHISE APPLICANT HAVE?
Purchasing one franchise license (license rights) entitles you to establish one Mr. KEBAB fast food outlet in the agreed territory. It also gives you the right to operate a fast food under the Mr. KEBAB brand, with the philosophy and products of the network. With the license, you will receive a complete operations manual and know-how that will guide you step-by-step on how to run a successful outlet and generate good revenue.
The license fee for one Mr. KEBAB fast food is €15,000 (or the current promotional offer).
In individual countries, an applicant can purchase a so-called Master License, which authorizes them to set up their own Mr. KEBAB outlet - the so-called model outlet - in a specific country. In addition, the owner of the Master License actively searches for potential franchise partners in that country, has the authority to sign franchise agreements with these partners, and is in charge of training new license holders and their employees.
The price of the Master License depends on the specific country and is the result of separate negotiations between the Master License applicant and the franchisor.
