In today's fast-paced world, each of us often faces the question of how and where to eat as quickly as possible. Culinary specialties at a restaurant may be an enticing option, but sometimes they are both financially and time-consuming. Mr.KEBAB was created precisely for these situations, bringing a new level of quality to the fast-food market. Kebab is a product you’ve likely encountered before, but it has never been as good, as juicy, and especially as tasty as it is at the international Mr.KEBAB chain.
The chicken kebab, roasted on a vertical spit, is always served with fresh vegetables, yogurt-garlic sauce, chilli or olives, in various types of bread, or simply as pure meat with vegetables.
The basic kebab assortment is accompanied by specialties made from chicken, cheese delicacies, potato snacks, non-alcoholic beverages, organic lemonades, quality Illy coffee, or tea.
"I fell for kebab during my travels abroad, mainly because of its accessibility and quick preparation. That’s where the idea of creating my own fast-food chain, Mr.KEBAB, was born. It was clear from the outset that the foundation of future success would be a consistently high-quality product, a strong brand name, logo, and corporate colours. Therefore, a significant amount of time was dedicated to developing these elements of the future image, and the final logo alone underwent a four-month public survey among different age groups, future consumers, and even marketing experts from major international companies operating in Slovakia. The design of the first corporate store was crafted by a renowned architectural studio to be easily applicable to other interior and exterior outlets.
In 2005, I brought my ideas to life with the first outlet in the centre of Košice. In June 2006, we opened another outlet in the GALÉRIA shopping centre in Košice. The first exterior Mr.KEBAB stand was set up between 2007 and 2008 in Szombathely, Hungary.
In October 2008, we presented our Mr.KEBAB franchise concept at the international franchise exhibition in Budapest, where it garnered great interest, thanks to the eye-catching presentation - a perfect replica of a Mr.KEBAB stand built directly on the exhibition floor, together with free product tastings.
In November 2009, the GALÉRIA shopping centre in Košice expanded with a second phase, and we expanded along with it. Currently, you can find us on the 3rd floor in the Food Court section. Full of experience and enthusiasm, we opened a new outlet in June 2010 in Košice’s largest shopping centre - ATRIUM OPTIMA. The following years (2011 – 2014) were dedicated to the development and preparation of the first international franchise concept for kebab from Slovakia.” Ing.
